Certified Service Technology Expert - Virtual
The course is delivered in two components, *Live virtual training and Self paced e-learning assessment content. The virtual training will prepare you with insight into the tools and resources used by Pexip Service Partners. Other topics covered will include: Pexip Operations Pexip One Touch Join Building a Successful Trial Setting up 2FA Analytics portal access Pexip Architecture Overview Raising a Support Request Ticket via Pexip Best Practice Triage Provisioning and Registration The self paced e-learning assessment content will include step-by-step videos and interactive assessment tasks aimed to deepen your knowledge and understanding of these topics. All assessments are subject to 3 attempts to be completed to a minimum of 80% pass rate. This will then qualify an award of Certification status. Learning outcomes and Competencies: Perform low-level troubleshooting of advanced technical issues specific to the Pexip Service Describe the Pexip's Service architecture at a detailed level Describe the different Pexip licenses, products and solutions Describe the support processes, SLAs and escalation management available for partners Understand and be confident in managing the different technical support tools available for partners Identify the various devices supported by the Service, any limitations or specific features Demonstrate product use and administrator tasks Provide training sessions to own support / help-desk teams and end-users Prerequisites: This will be evaluated via pre session tasks to be completed prior to the start of the virtual training. Fundamentals of Core AV Networking / SIP dialog / Video conferencing Access to Pexip Service Partner Toolkit Successful completion of the Certified Service Technology Expert - CSTE training will enable you to access additional Pexip online resources within the Academy which to cascade your knowledge on to your colleagues and customers. The Certification status is valid subject to participation in the annual top-up e-learning module. *In order to participate in the live virtual training you will need to have access to reliable broadband and a webcam.
